Diane Minguez’s real estate career began in 1985 with a small office in Harleysville.  Although a career change seemed risky at the time, she felt hard work along with honesty and trustworthiness would pay off. The real estate market was very different in those days but these first few years became the turning point of Dianes life.

In 1989 Diane joined the Re/Max family.   She has always been a dedicated professional and is the recipient of multiple Board of  Realtor and Re/Max awards.  Her steadfast determination to help her clients achieve their goals was most apparent during the flattened market of the ‘90’s.  Diane’s optimism, enthusiasm and compassion are appreciated by her clients as well as her colleagues.

During the mid to late 90’s Diane was given the opportunity to marry her years of mechanical drafting skills with two new construction sites totaling over 400 homes.  Combining the builder’s expertise, our Re/Max marketing system and Dianes sales and drafting experience, the subdivisions became a hit!  Diane continues to use her creative skills to assist all her clients.
